My First Day at School

I was to go to school for the first time in my life! My family was extremely excited that day. My bag was packed with great care. I hated the thought of being away from home for so many hours. My Dad dropped me in front of my classroom . Tears rolled down as I got off the car and held my father's hand. Soon, Dad helped me get familiar with my teacher. Mrs. Smith taught us songs and told us stories. Soon I realized that school life was funny. My memories of the first day at school are still vivid in my mind. I shall never forget them.
