Angela, my cousin came to Shanghai last summer vacation. I showed her around Shanghai.
First, I took her to the Shanghai History Museum. There were more than one hundred thousand Chinese cultural relics. Angela was surprised to see them. Then we went to the Yu Garden for lunch. We liked the food there very much. In the afternoon, we visited the Shanghai Book City. There were many books. Angela and I both liked reading. We read some interesting books there and we also bought some home.

Today is my birthday. My parents and I visit some famous places in Shanghai to celebrate my birthday. I am happy.
First we go to the Oriental Pearl TV Tower by underground. It is a landmark of Shanghai. Do you know how tall it is? It is 468 meters high. It is the highest in Asia and the third highest in the world. The sight-seeing floor is 263 meters high. It is the best place to get a bird's eye view of Shanghai.
We go to the Yu Garden in the afternoon. It is famous for classical gardens and local snacks. The streets are crowded with tourists. Many people go there to visit the Yu Garden and taste the snacks.
Shanghai is beautiful! I love Shanghai!
