Boys and girls:
Good afternoon. May I have your attention please? In oder to improve our oral English, we are going to have an English speech contest. It will be held in the school auditorium at 2 pm on the first of June. Those who want to take part in the contest are required to come and sign your names at the office of the Students' Union before May 25. All the students are welcome to join in the contest. The first five winners will be given prizes. Please get ready and try your best. Thank you!

Dear Students,
To enhance everyone's English speaking skills, the school has decided to hold an English speaking competition. The competition will take place in the school's multi-purpose hall next Friday (May 15th) at 2 pm. The content of the competition includes self-introduction, situational dialogue, and impromptu Q&A.
Students who are interested in participating should register with their English teacher before this Friday (May 9th). Each contestant will have 5 minutes of preparation time. The competition will be judged by foreign teachers and English teachers, and first, second, and third prizes will be awarded.
We encourage all students to actively participate, as this will be a great opportunity to showcase your English proficiency and learning achievements. It is also a platform to practice and boost confidence.
Please inform each other and do not miss this valuable opportunity.
