很多人一不小心就会犯错的英语小细节——“我和朋友”到底该怎么说？你是不是也曾经脱口而出：“I and my friends will go to the park.”？听起来好像没啥问题，语法也对，单词也没错，但母语者一听就会皱眉头。为啥呢？

因为在英语里，有一个不成文但非常重要的规则，叫 First Person Last Rule，翻译过来就是“第一人称放最后”。也就是说，当你在列举人名的时候，如果里面有“我”（I），那“我”通常要放在最后面。这不仅是语法问题，更是礼貌和语言习惯的问题。 

 想象一下，你在和朋友聊天，突然说：“I and you should go shopping.” 是不是感觉特别自我中心？好像全世界就你最重要似的。英语母语者特别注重这种语言上的谦逊和得体，所以他们会自然地说：“You and I should go shopping.” 这样听起来就舒服多了。

一、“第一人称放最后”到底是什么意思？

我们先来明确一下：什么是“第一人称”？在英语里，第一人称就是“我”（I）和“我们”（we）。而“First Person Last Rule”简单来说就是：当你和其他人一起被提到时，要把“我”或“我们”放在名单的最后。这是一种语言礼貌，也是英语母语者从小就被教导的表达习惯。 

 举个最典型的例子： ✘ I and my friends will go to the park.  （我和朋友们要去公园。）   

这个句子语法上其实没错，动词也对，时态也没问题，但听起来特别不自然，甚至有点粗鲁，因为把“我”放在最前面，显得自我中心。 

 ✔ My friends and I will go to the park.  （我和朋友们要去公园。）   

这才是地道、礼貌、自然的说法。把“my friends”放前面，“I”放后面，既尊重了别人，又符合英语习惯。

二、为什么要有这个规则？

你可能会问：中文里我们说“我和朋友”，“我”永远在前面，怎么英语就反过来了？

其实这背后是文化差异。英语国家特别强调谦逊和礼貌，说话时要把自己放在次要位置。比如你请人吃饭，不会说：“I will treat you.” 而是说：“Let me treat you.” 或者更委婉地说：“How about I pick up the bill?” 

同样，在列举人名时，把自己放最后，是一种语言上的“低调”。 

 再举个生活化的例子：   你在办公室说：“Me and John finished the report.”   听起来就像你在抢功劳。   但如果说：“John and I finished the report.”   就显得更团队、更专业。 

三、常见表达场景和例句

1. 和朋友一起做某事  

✘ I and Tom are going to the cinema tonight.   

✔ Tom and I are going to the cinema tonight.  （今晚汤姆和我打算去看电影。） 

✘ I and my classmates will attend the lecture.   

✔ My classmates and I will attend the lecture.  （我和同学们将参加讲座。）

2. 和家人一起  

✘ I and my parents are traveling to Japan.   

✔ My parents and I are traveling to Japan.  （我和父母要去日本旅行。） 

 ✘ I and my sister love reading.   

✔ My sister and I love reading.  （我和我姐姐都喜欢读书。）

3. 在正式场合或书面表达中  

✘ I and the team have completed the project.   

✔ The team and I have completed the project.  （我和团队已经完成了项目。） 

✘ I and my colleagues submitted the report.   

✔ My colleagues and I submitted the report.  （我和同事们提交了报告。）

4. 特殊句型：只有你和我  

当“you and I”成对出现时，习惯上是“you”在前，“I”在后，因为“you”是第二人称，表示对方，放在前面更自然。 

例如：  

Only you and I know the truth.  （只有你和我知道真相。）  

You and I make a great team.  （你和我是一对很棒的搭档。） 

注意：这里不能说“I and you”，听起来特别别扭。

5. 宾格的情况：me 还是 I？  

有时候我们还会遇到“you and me” vs “you and I”的问题。关键看这个“我和你”在句子里是主语还是宾语。 

 - 主语用 I：  You and I should talk.（你和我应该谈谈。）→ “you and I” 是主语，用主格。 

 - 宾语用 me：  The teacher praised you and me.（老师表扬了你和我。）→ “you and me” 是宾语，用宾格。 

 ✘ The teacher praised you and I. → 错！   

✔ The teacher praised you and me. → 对！ 

 一个小技巧：你可以把句子拆开来看：   

“the teacher praised you” → 对   

“the teacher praised I” → 明显错   所以“praised you and I”也错。

四、容易混淆的特殊情况

1. 句子开头能不能用 “I and someone”？  

原则上不建议。即使句子开头，也要遵守“第一人称放最后”的规则。 

 ✘ I and my brother are at the mall.   

✔ My brother and I are at the mall. 

 不过在非常口语化、非正式的场合，比如朋友间聊天，偶尔有人说“I and my friend…” 也不是完全没人说，但听起来就是“非母语者”或“小孩”的表达方式，不够成熟。

2. 三个人以上怎么排？  

规则一样：把“I”放最后。 

 ✘ I, Sarah, and Mike are going to the concert.   

✔ Sarah, Mike, and I are going to the concert.  （莎拉、迈克和我将去听音乐会。） 

 注意：名字之间用逗号隔开，最后一个名字前加“and”，这是英语的列举规则。

3. “me and someone” 能不能用？  

在非正式口语中，很多人说“me and my friend went out”，尤其是在美国口语里很常见。但严格来说，这是不规范的，尤其是在写作或正式场合。 

✘ Me and my friend went to the beach.   

✔ My friend and I went to the beach.

记住：口语可以放松一点，但如果你想说一口标准、得体的英语，还是建议用规范表达。

三条黄金法则

1. 第一人称放最后：只要名单里有“I”，就把它放最后。     → 正确：Tom, Jane, and I     → 错误：I, Tom, and Jane

2. 主格 vs 宾格要分清：     - 主语用 I：You and I are late.     - 宾语用 me：She invited you and me.

3. 正式场合一定要规范：在写作、面试、演讲中，避免使用“me and someone”或“I and…”这类表达。
