一、图表类作文
图表类作文通常包括三个部分：开头段、主体段和结尾段。
开头段：
1. 简要介绍图表内容，明确写作目的；
2. 概括性描述图表的主要特点，用一到两句话加以概括；
3. (如有必要) 指出可能存在的问题，为后文展开铺垫。
主体段：
1. 对于数据的描述，可以按照时间、地区、分组等多种方式进行；
2. 描述时注意使用适当的时间状语和过渡词汇，使文章更具条理性；
3. 适当运用比较和对比手法，突出数据之间的差异；
4. (如有必要) 针对存在的问题进行探讨，或给出自己的观点。
结尾段：

2. 针对存在的问题，提出建议或创新思考；
3. 总体上，强调分析数据的重要性以及读者可以从中获得的启示。
二、议论文
议论文包含四个部分：开头段、正文、反面观点、结尾段。
开头段：
1. 引入话题，提出自己的观点；
2. 简单说明自己的立场，简述文章中要论证的论点。
正文：
1. 论证自己的观点。这部分内容需要提供事实依据、数据支持、专家观点和个人经验等多种支持方式；
2. 针对每一个论点，需要有充分的阐释和解释，加强说服力；
3. 在阐述过程中，需要注意使用连接词以及适当的过渡句，使文章条理清晰，内容紧凑。
反面观点：
1. 对于可能存在的反面观点进行回应，列举事实揭示问题；
2. 适当地引用反面观点，展示自己的思考和辩解能力；
3. 不可忽视反面观点所代表的思想和意见，尊重不同声音。
结尾段：
1. 总结全文，重申自己的观点；
2. 强调自己的观点在某个方面是正确的，同时指出它可以推广到更广泛的领域；
3. 提出具体措施或谈谈个人的看法，并有所启示。
