“什么狗毛？”真的是说与狗毛有关的事，还是有什么典故？

其实，从the hair of the dog中的第二个定冠词也应看出这里不是简单地指真的狗毛。定冠词表示特指，因而the dog指某一只特定的狗。查一下英语习语词典，你就会明白the dog 后面略去了that bit one（最早的说法是the hair of the same dog that bit one，这个one在原文中应是指代you的）。
