The last season is winter. It consists of December, January, and February . It is the coldest season of the year. The weather is dreary and dull. The biting cold wind blows fiercely . Sometimes, it snows heavily, and the ground is covered with thick snow. Birds no longer sing their cheerful notes . All things look desolate and forlorn .
People wear thick clothes in winter. They also wear scarves around their necks . Many people wear cotton-padded shoes at home. Normally, the old are afraid of the cold climate . They always stay at home. But children and young people are not afraid of the cold climate. When there is much snow on the ground, children like to make snowmen. Also, they like to hit each other with snowballs . Many young people like to go skiing. They enjoy themselves very much while skiing.
Though it is very cold in winter, people do their work as usual.

Winter has come, with snow and cold,

For winter is also a time of delight.
We bundle up in our warmest clothes,
And drink hot drinks to keep us cozy.
We build snowmen, make snow angels,
And laugh at the joy that winter brings.
Though winter may be cold and bleak,
It is also a time of peace and cheer.
So let us embrace the season's charm,
And find beauty in its wintry glow.
