People get up early in summer.
As it is often very hot in summer, people wear thin clothes from morning till night . Big and small girls all wear beautiful skirts or dresses . Married women also wear skirts or dresses. Little boys and young men wear vests or shirts and breeches . So do middle-aged men and old men. As they wear thin clothes, people in summer are more active in sports. Many young people go swimming in rivers and lakes . And so many people, old and young, swim in swimming pools nearby. Also, early in the morning, a lot of people jog or run along a road or street. After supper, many people go out and take a walk. But middle summer is too hot. A lot of people cannot bear it.
Many people like summer and many hate it for their own different reasons .
