In this thesis , we study the readout of single electron spin states in a double quantum dots ( DQD ) using a quantum point contact ( QPC ) . In Chapter 1 , we briefly review the quantum dot system and its physical properties such as quantum size effect , Coulomb blockade , Pauli spin blockade and quantum tunneling .
RESULTS : DQD inhibited the platelet aggregation induced by thrombin ( 500 U / L ), when DQD concentrations were 100 , 200 , and 400 μ mol / L , the inhibition rates were 77 % , 86 % , and 82 % respectively .
In addition , the effects of the coupling strength between the DQD and the NAMR on these energy shifts are studied .
