1.用作不及物动词时,接介词for表示安排的内容,接介词with表示“与…谈妥”。

I will arrange for someone to take you around. 

我会安排好人领你转转。

Let's go and arrange with them about it. 

我们去和他们把这事安排一下。

2.用作及物动词时,可接名词、动词不定式和that从句(多用虚拟语气)作宾语。  

I arranged to meet them at 10 o'clock tomorrow morning.  

我安排好明天上午10点和他们见面。   

He arranged that we go together.  

他安排我们一起去。  

3.句型：It is/was arranged+that从句 

It was arranged that they leave the following week.  

已经安排好他们下个星期动身。
