Investigating the incidence status of blister disease and sofe nose disease of fruit physiological diseases of Jinhuang mango in different producing area , as well as the content of mineral elements between the disease and healthy fruit , it is studied the realization between the disease occurrence and the mineral elements in fruit , and diagnosed the mineral elements in disease fruit by DRIS analysis method in order to research the relationship between Physiological diseases and mineral elements in fruit .
Appling DRIS analysis method was diagnosing the content of the mineral elements of blister disease and sofe nose disease of the Jinhuang mango fruit , the results show that disease incidence is closely related to the imbalance of mineral elements in the fruit .
Compared with typical varieties in main red bean producing areas across the counting , its content of dissolvable sugar , and k + , and paste output rate are the highest , the content of starch is considerably high , and the skin output rate is the lowest , no iron bean ( hard bean which is difficult to become sofe through boiling ), and it \'s easy to become edible when boiling , no obvious law has been found among the contents of the 18 amino acids .
