bear作动词，表示：承受，容忍；经得起；生育（孩子）等。

bear作名词，表示：熊；粗暴无理的人等。

例句：

She can't bear to be / being looked down upon by others.

她无法容忍被人瞧不起。

The ice is too thin to bear your weight. 

冰太薄，承受不住你的重量。

She was not able to bear children. 

她不能生育。
